In April this year, HFL was awarded the maintenance contract at Northbank in Sheffield, part of CEG's northern portfolio. HFL are delighted to have been appointed as the maintenance contractor to XLN Telecom, the principle tenant in the building. The contract will grow as XLN plan to occupy another floor later this year.
