2013 has started extremely well for HFL Building Solutions. We are delighted to announce the award of contracts with BNP Paribas, Business Growth Fund and GVA.
BNP Paribas Real Estate, a division of the banking and financial services group, has awarded the maintenance contracts for Waterfront House in Sherwood Park and Arden House in Birmingham. We hope that this is the start of a great relationship with BNP.
In 2010, the British Bankers' Association set up a taskforce to help the UK return to sustainable growth with a particular focus on small and medium sized businesses. This taskforce is called BGF - Business Growth Fund - and has set up offices in the UK's major cities. HFL will be carrying out the maintenance services to both the Birmingham and Manchester offices.
Building on the success of 2012 with GVA, HFL has been awarded further contracts at Cavendish Walk in LIverpool and retail parks in Warrington and Rhyll.
