The Zenith Building

 

HFL Building Solutions has successfully tendered for the maintenance contract at The Zenith Building in Manchester city centre.

The Zenith Building is an iconic building located on Spring Gardens and is managed by Lambert Smith Hampton.  The tender was managed by Parker Wilson who will also be auditing the contract during its term.

HFL are delighted with this contract award - after developing its business nationwide over the last two years, it is great to be winning back in its home city of Manchester.
