The Hive

HFL Building Solutions has recently been awarded the maintenance contract at The Hive in Manchester city centre by Savills.

The Hive is a Grade A office building in the heart of Manchester's thriving Northern Quarter. A joint development between Argent and Manchester City Council the building won the prestigious British Council for Offices for Offices Best Commercial Workspace in the North in 2011.

The 80,000 sq ft building is home to some of Manchester's most creative and innovative businesses while the ground floor Arcade welcomes visitors from across the city .

Designed by 5plus Architects, who are one of the occupiers at The Hive, it is one of Manchester's greenest and most energy efficient buildings.
