GBR Phoenix Beard have awarded the maintenance contract of The Exchange on Newhall Street to HFL Building Solutions. 

 

 

The building is Grade 1 Listed, was built at the end of the 19th century and is quite an iconic location situated among more contemporary commercial buildings - it used house the Central Telephone Exchange.

GBR Phoenix Beard are the main tenant in The Exchange.
