Tempest - Liverpool

HFL are delighted to have been appointed the M&E contractor at the Tempest Building in Liverpool by Roger Hannah.

Located in Liverpool’s Commercial Quarter, the 10-Storey building offers 40,000 ft2 flexible office space and features a restaurant complete with bakery, roof terrace and honey producing beehives.

The precast concrete clad building was built in the 1970’s and has since been refurbished into a BREEAM excellent building offering energy efficient lighting and natural light.
