Property consultants GBR Phoenix Beard have appointed HFL Building Solutions as the maintenance contractor at Regency House in Birmingham.  This building fits conveniently with the adjacent buildings at 125-127 Hagley Road at which GBR Phoenix Beard have recently taken over the management from Capita.  HFL have maintained these buildings for a number of years previously.
