One New Bailey

HFL Building Solutions are delighted with the relationship we have built up with Knight Frank over the last few months.

Among recent contract appointments, HFL will be carrying out the maintenance for Knight Frank at One New Bailey in Manchester.

Adjacent to Spinningfields, One New Bailey is a new Grade A BREEAM Excellent office building totalling 125,000 sq ft which was completed in June 2016.
