One Glass Wharf, Bristol

Capital Properties, the Manchester based property management company, has appointed HFL Building Solutions as maintenance contractor at the impressive One Glass Wharf in Bristol.  HFL has been working with Capital Properties for a number of years at Spinningfields in Manchester and the partnership has now gone beyond the north west with HFL undertaking the building services at properties in Aberdeen and London.  One Glass Wharf is a 216,000 sw ft high quality office building overlooking the waterfront in the heart of Bristol's Temple Quay quarter.

With One Glass Wharf providing a focus for HFL, this award allows plans to build a larger contract base in the south west to develop quickly.
