One City Place

HFL Building Solutions are delighted to have been awarded the maintenance contract at One City Place in Chester by Knight Frank, the commercial managing agent.

One City Place is a six storey Grade A office building extending to a total net internal area of 69,913sq.ft and is Chester’s first BREEAM “Excellent” office building in what the city plans for a new commercial offering.

With the contract award, this is the beginning of a partnership between HFL and Knight Frank.
