The Octagon Theatre in Bolton has re-awarded its maintenance contract to HFL Building Solutions.
HFL have been working with the theatre for the last two years and, following a competitive tender process, have seen the contract extended. We appear to have quite a trend for carrying out the maintenance at theatrical venues with The Lowry and Royal Exchange in Manchester among our portfolio.
