New M&E Contract at Gorse Stacks, Chester

Savills UK have recently awarded HFL Building Solutions an M&E planned and reactive maintenance contract at the recently new complex at Gorse Stacks, Chester.

Gorse Stacks is a comprehensive £40m mixed use scheme that we have developed in the heart of Chester. The development on the former bus and coach station includes a 48,500 square feet, multi-occupied 21^st century incorporating a broad spectrum of health and social care facilities ‘under one roof’ as well as 42 apartments, ground- floor commercial use and a three-storey car park at basement level.

The three-block building will be home to the doctors’ surgeries of the Elms Medical Centre, Hoole Road Surgery, Northgate Medical Centre and Northgate Village Surgery, a community dentist surgery as well as a number of related services.

Block two comprises of council office accommodation which will offer a range of health- facing and social care services alongside the health services on site.

The final block, contains 42 private residential apartments.
