Neil Bowran has joined HFL Building Solutions as Operations Manager of the services division, starting this month, supporting the existing management structure.
He will report directly to HFL Building Solutions Managing Director, David Saxton, and lead the operational division, which specialises in the Technical Facilities Maintenance.
Neil has more than 20 years experience in the TFM industry, including with Carillion, from where he moves, as well as Mapeley, Interserve FM and GS Hall.
His experience in delivery of TFM, subcontractor management, operational management, managing helpdesks, contract negotiation and process change, will be a great benefit to HFL Building Solutions organic expansion plans.
