Lambert Smith Hampton Portfolio

Further to the recent award of Distington House in Sheffield, HFL have also won three year contracts for the M&E maintenance at two more properties in Sheffield for Lambert Smith Hampton. 

Aspect Court, near the Ponds Forge swimming complex, has recently undergone an interior re-fit and the bulk of the building is occupied by Sheffield Hallam University for teaching facilities.

 

The second building is a block of residential apartments, City Lofts, right in the centre of Sheffield.  There are two buildings to this, one of which is 32 floors - the views are impressive to say the least.

 

We look forward to building on the strong relationship we have with both Lambert Smith Hampton in Sheffield and the Graham Lees Partnership, who are the consulting engineers for the contract.
