K Village Outlet Contract Win

Savills Commercial Limited has awarded HFL Building Solutions a 3 year Building Services Maintenance contract at the K Village Outlet Centre in Kendal, Cumbria.

With 28 premium factory outlets selling famous brands, 90 luxury residential apartments over looking the River Kent plus the office element offers self-contained suites designed to a modern specification. Along the riverside terrace there are Cafes and restaurants and within the outlet there’s new K Shoes heritage centre. On site is parking facilities for over 400 vehicles.

K Village opened in the summer of 2010 costing a £100 million of completely private sector investment which is a significant boost to the social and economic welfare of the region.

HFL Building Solutions has worked closely with Savills Commercial Limited for over six years and offers them cost efficiencies and service level alignments over various M&E contracts, but most importantly demonstrates a mature and developed technical facilities management structure with great depth of resource.
