HFL Gets to Work With Workman

Commercial property management and building consultancy firm, Workman, have appointed HFL Building Solutions as the maintenance contractor at three prestige properties in Manchester's city centre business district.  All three sites are located close to each other - 35 Fountain Street, 58 Spring Gardens and The Chancery.

35 Fountain Street has recently undergone an extensive re-furbishment and will have a single tenant.

 

Also having had an ambitious re-fit and due for completion in November, 55 Spring Gardens is filling up with blue chip tenants.

 

 

The third building, The Chancery,  is also located onSpring Gardens.

HFL are greatly looking forward to commencing working at these buildings in city where their head office is located.
