HFL Building Solutions wins two new contracts

HFL Building Solutions has secured a 3 year contract with one of the UK's largest property management agents, GVA Grimley. The company, which operates in the UK and across the world, has awarded HFL Building Solutions the maintenance contract for Midland House, a 3 storey 60,000 sq ft commercial office building in Derby. Built in 1860, the imposing red-brick building was a former hotel and part of Derby Railway Station. It was refurbished in the 1990s to provide a high-specification modern office building with glazed atrium entrance.

Another new client win is award-winning independent property consultancy, GBR Phoenix Beard. We are pleased to announce that HFL Building Solutions has picked up the contract to manage two large commercial office blocks on their behalf - Peel House and 1-3 West Bar, both located in Sheffield.
