HFL Building Solutions Opens a Midlands/Southern Office

Our new Midlands/Southern office is now open!

We are excited and delighted to announce that in addition to our Manchester headquarters, HFL Building Solutions has just opened a brand new office in the Midlands. The new office will focus on business in Birmingham, Stoke-on-Trent, Derby and Nottingham in addition to handling accounts in the Bristol, Cardiff and London areas.

Our decision to expand is in response to recent significant account wins in the Birmingham, London and Bristol areas. These include M&E maintenance contracts for prestigious office developments at One and Two Glass Wharf in Bristol’s Temple Quay, 20 Cannon Street, London and also at Fort Dunlop in Birmingham – the largest office building outside London and home to the Birmingham Post & Mail, Regus and Capita, a Travelodge hotel and various retail units. 

The new 1000sq ft office is headed-up by experienced Contracts Manager, James Preece who is ably assisted by Contract Support Manager, Scott Hughes. It will also act as a more convenient base for 17 of our engineers who currently operate in the region. 

Having a permanent presence in the Midlands will help to build on our rapid and substantial growth in the region and should help to give us a more competitive edge when tendering for future contracts.
