HFL Building Solutions introduces NEW computer-aided facility management (CAFM) system

As part of our on-going commitment to provide innovative technological solutions to our customers, we would like to announce our investment in a new CAFM system.  Ensuring our customers have access to the most up-to-date information about PPM and reactive works on their sites, Maximo is a state-of-the-art asset management system from IBM, one of the world’s major players in this market.  

The combination of Maximo, the Service Provider extension, Scheduler bolt-on and Anywhere mobile technology, will provide HFL Building Solutions with a full job and contract lifecycle process for all is outsourced contract business. To help our Administrators, the HFL Building Solutions engineers will each have the Maximo Anywhere software loaded onto their smart phones, which will enable them to update Maximo in real time whenever a job is progressed or completed.
