HFL Building Solutions add 3 Hardman St to it's Spinningfields Portfolio

HFL Building Solutions, a leading facilities management and building services provider, has been awarded a prestigious and challenging new contract by Spinningfields Management Company.

3 Hardman Street is in the commercial heart of Spinningfields, Manchester, one of the most dynamic business quarters in Europe, a large iconic and architecturally striking building at the focal point of Spinningfields. It was designed specifically to provide the best office accommodation which has attracted an impressive roll-call of blue chip occupiers and the winning of coveted industry awards affirm its success in this ambitious endeavour.

As Spinningfields Management Company’s technical services partner, HFL Building Solutions will maintain all of the organisation's buildings, including 3 Hardman Street, 1 The Avenue, The Magistrates Retail Area, Quay House and the external Spinningfields Estates area.
