Heritage Gate, Derby

HFL Building Solutions have been awarded the mechanical maintenance contract at Heritage Gate in Derby.  This is a complex of three office buildings in Derby city centre and totals 140,000 sq ft.  HFL will be working with managing agents Innes England and look forward to the plans landlord Aviva have for the site.

  

 

This is quite a nostalgic contract for several of HFL's employees, who started their careers in building maintenance at Heritage Gate.  This also represents a growing portfolio of contracts for HFL in the Midlands.  In addition to Heritage Gate, HFL will also be working with Innes England at Friary Works in Derby.
