GVA North West Contract Win

HFL Building Solutions has been awarded two Technical Services Contracts with GVA in the North West, starting on 1^st September 2011.

The maintenance contract includes Anchorage Quays in Salford, where HFL Building Solutions will be maintaining the Landlords areas in Anchorage 4, where BUPA resides, the Multi Storey Car Park, The Estates and the Management Centre.

The second contract is Agnes Jones House in Liverpool consisting of 3 Student Residential Blocks. Agnes Jones House offers students a range of accommodation, from 3 to 8 bedroom flats, arranged in a hall-style environment around a central courtyard. The main building is ideal for groups of friends providing spacious study bedrooms, all with built in furniture including wash hand basin. Flats also include a communal kitchen/dining area, which include a comfortable social seating area. The main building also contains a well equipped laundry area complete with driers, vending machines and the post collection area. www.agnesjones.co.uk

HFL Building Solutions are on GVA approved suppliers list, but until recently only worked with them in the Midlands Area. This gives HFL Building Solutions a great opportunity to build its relationship with the GVA management team based from their Manchester office.
