Granada Studios

Following the move to MediaCity, Granada Studios in Manchester City Centre is now earmarked for development into office and residential use.  Until final plans are drawn up, the Studios will still be retained as an arts venue by Capital Properties.  While this is going on, Manchester-based maintenance providers HFL Building Solutions will be carrying out the mechanical and electrical maintenance until redevelopment plans are finalised.
