Fast Response in Worrying Times

Yesterday, HFL’s Water Compliance Team received notification of a potential legionella risk at one of our contracts.  Interim lab results showed a high legionella count at the communal centre for one of our Social Housing contracts.  The Customer was notified and wanted a rapid response.  Two engineers volunteered to attend the site to resolve the issue.  They were on site within two hours of the notification and carried out the clean & chlorination of three cold water tanks, a water heater & the downservices and re-sampled.

Well done, guys!!!!
