Emerson, one of the largest privately owned property development companies in the UK, has appointed HFL Building Solutions as the M&E maintenance contractor at a portfolio of eleven properties in Manchester.
Excellent contract mobilisation ensured the change in provider proceeded as smoothly as possible.
