Cornwall Court

The maintenance contract at Cornwall Court in Birmingham has been awarded to HFL Building Solutions.  The large city centre building is occupied prinicipally by Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

The building is part of the Standard Life portfolio and HFL already carry out the maintenance at 45 Church Street across the road from Cornwall Court.  The property is managed by GBR Phoenix Beard.
