Capital Properties Expansion

Capital Properties, the Manchester based property management company, has extended its successful partnership with HFL Building Solutions by appointing the maintenance provider as contractor for its growing national portfolio in both London and Aberdeen.  HFL has been working with Capital Properties for nearly four years, maintaining both the Spinningfields estate in Manchester and Clarence Dock in Leeds.

Capital Properties have long been asking HFL when they plan to set up in London and gave the perfect opportunity by appointing HFL as M&E maintenance contractor at 20 Cannon Street.  This is a 38,000 sq ft office development overlooking St Paul's cathedral and occupied by a leading executive search consultancy.  Along with Cannon Street, HFL will also be maintaining a smaller site in Chrisp Street.

As if expanding into London wasn't a big enough step, HFL will also be undertaking the maintenance for Captial Properties at two sites in Aberdeen.  The IQ Building, 125,000 sq ft modern office development with adjoining hotel, is an impressive addition to HFL's contracts.

In addition to the IQ Building, Capital Properties have also awarded the maintenance contract to HFL for Riverside House in Aberdeen which is already regarded as a local landmark.

HFL greatly looks forward to establishing itself in the two cities and further expanding its reputation and contract base and building its partnership with Capital Properties.  The faith shown in HFL by Capital Properties underlines HFL's effective and customer focused service delivery.
