Capital Properties

 Following a competitive tender process, HFL has been awarded a five year contract for the mechanical and electrical maintenance for the Capital Properties asset portfolio.  This portfolio includes Spinningfields in Manchester and Clarence Dock in Leeds.

 

Capital Properties is a business set up to manage large, mixed-use estates on behalf of other landlords with a view to creating a "community" feel to developments.

 

We have been working closely with Capital Properties over the last two years and this contract award underlines the service capability and value for money delivered by HFL.  Capital Properties also felt that HFL offered the most ideal partnership solution in the development of their property portfolio and assets.
