Blemain Finance

Blemain Finance, the Manchester based lending specialist, has awarded the mechanical, electrical and public health maintenance contract at its Cheadle Royal Business Park office to HFL Building Solutions.

HFL beat off competition following a quick tender process and on-going discussion with the facilities team at Blemain, who wanted to ensure that the contractor was going to have the right cultural fit for thier requirements.

The contract commences in the middle of December.
