Bauhaus for HFL

Property management company, MJ Mapp has awarded the mechanical & electrical maintenance contract at the Bauhaus building in Manchester to HFL Building Solutions.  The nine storey 51,000 square foot building comprises commercial office space and is located next to the Spinningfields estate in the centre of Manchester.

HFL already has maintenance contracts in place with MJ Mapp including 1 New York Street and this new contract demonstrates the confidence that MJ Mapp have in HFL's service delivery.
