4 Hardman Square

Leading UK property management company, MJ Mapp, has awarded the M&E maintenance contract at 4 Hardman Square in Manchester to HFL Building Solutions.

HFL have been the preferred M&E contractor for MJ Mapp in the north for a number of years and the relationship and contract portfolio is  continuing to grow and develop.  The prestigious 4 Hardman Square is one of a number of MJ Mapp office buildings within the centre of Manchester maintained by HFL.

The building was designed by Norman Foster & Partners and the offices are occupied by HSBC and Grant Thornton.
