2 Glass Wharf, Bristol

 

HFL Building Solutions are delighted to announce that they have been awarded the M&E maintenance contract for 2 Glass Wharf in Bristol by Savills, the managing agent for the building.

2 Glass Wharf is a new landmark headquarters office building located on Temple Quay Central, within the newly designated Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone.  The property will provide 9,153 sq m of state-of-the-art Grade A specification office accommodation designed to a BREEAM Excellent standard. 

HFL already have a strong presence in Bristol and have been undetaking the maintenance at One Glass Wharf next door.
